I found my soulmate!

A week ago I posted about palettes and the different types of palettes but I think I've finally found the one .

Meet my lovely Stephen Quiller Porcelain Palette!

Stephen Quiller Palette from Madison Art Shop

Best purchase decision I made this month (in terms of palettes). I found it for the best price online at the Madison Art Shop and delivery only took 5 business days! Really fast shipping and speedy response. The palette was a hefty 7 pounds by itself and 12lbs when shipped. WOW.

Comes with a plastic cover for the palette. Not the most durable type of plastic (came slightly cracked around the edges) but still sturdy.

What I love about this palette is that each color is arranged on a color wheel so you know exactly where to mix you colors. This should hopefully solve my color addiction problem...

I couldn't help it..I caved in and it was well worth it.

I can't wait to show you guys what I've been working on lately. I've been painting like a madwoman ever since I got this palette. I can't help it. The brushes are like butter on this and glides so smoothly. This palette is also quite heavy and extremely large at 13"x13" which is perfect for mixing all types of washes.

Lots of new paintings coming up! I usually don't like to post unfinished paintings but maybe I can show some sneak peeks later this week :) I'll share upcoming work in progress images and techniques I use in watercolor painting which I've been meaning to compile for everyone.

As always, feel free to comment or message me if you have any questions.

Stay tuned!
