Aurora Weinhold

I've been following Aurora Weinhold on Deviantart for many years now so of course when she released her first art book - I just had to jump on the opportunity!

Aurora creates beautiful watercolor paintings and mixed media work full of vibrant colors and some abstract elements which results in unique and gorgeous pieces. Her style is extraordinary and recognizable almost anywhere and also evident in her latest book.

Aurora took great care in packaging the book & even wrote "Please do not bend" in both English and German to ensure that it arrived to me safely in good condition. Quality packaging!

The first 300 editions come signed with a limited print and available here but there's also this amazing deluxe edition here which comes with the signed book, limited edition print and pendant!Her first artbook features many of her portrait works on glossy premium paper which retains vibrancy and details found in her works.

When I found the package at my doorstep, I could not wait to tear it apart and see it for myself. I was quickly blown away at how hefty the book felt and just how glossy the pages really were.

Oh the pretties! 

I don't want to show all the pages in this book because that would ruin the suspense and exciting for anyone who is about to order :) However, I do just want to share one of the paintings which is beautifully spread across two pages in full bleed.

Absolutely stunning!

If you love watercolor paintings, I highly recommend the purchase of this book. It's such a gem in my library and I cannot wait to see what other art books Aurora may release in the near future.
