Recently, I re-painted "Primrose" from my Moleskine journal. Here's the both of them side by side for comparison.
Left: Re-painted on Aquaboard
Right: Originally speed painted in Moleskine journal
Obviously, they are not 100% the same haha I tried but...Aquaboard behaves differently than Moleskine paper so the colors are much more vibrant and bold. I couldn't retain the soft edges I made in the original speedpaint on the right but I think each have their own benefits. Which do you prefer?
2013 was a great year for me. On to 2014!
