Drawing people

Drawing people is my Kryptonite. I cringe and sulk. I get frustrated, upset, and then more frustrated. They say practice makes perfect but every time I draw a person or portrait, I just can't seem to get the anatomy or shapes right.

Anyways, here's my attempt at a speedpaint of Neptune in my moleskine notebook. Please bear with me as I hopefully better my ability at drawing in the days to come.
